About
My teaching and research center on the challenges faced by founders, owners, and next generation members of family-run businesses.
I am interested in how family business owners and potential successors identify and develop entrepreneurial opportunities, navigate generational transitions, and how they communicate with each other along the way.
Alongside my academic work, I am increasingly engaging with family businesses, and contributing to conversations beyond the university.

Engagement
